In my first post, I shared basic healthy routines like drinking more water, sleeping on time, avoiding oily street food, and eating fruits.

Today, I want to share my real morning and night routine that I try to follow every day — simple, affordable, and beginner-friendly.

🌞 My Morning Routine for Fresh Skin

1️⃣ Drink Water First Thing

As soon as I wake up, I drink a glass of water. It helps my body feel fresh and keeps me hydrated from the start of the day.

2️⃣ Gently Wash My Face

I clean my face with water or a mild face wash. No harsh scrubbing — just gentle cleansing.

3️⃣ Pat Dry, Don’t Rub

Instead of rubbing my towel hard on my face, I softly pat my skin dry. Small habit, big difference

Even if I’m not going outside much, I try to apply sunscreen in the daytime. Sun exposure can slowly damage skin, so protection is important.

4️⃣ Keep My Pillow Cover Clean

Dirty pillow covers can collect oil and dust, which may affect skin. I change mine regularly.

5️⃣ Calm Moment Before Bed

I like to take a quiet moment — praying, journaling, or just breathing slowly — to relax and release stress.

I didn’t see magic results overnight. But after staying consistent with these habits, I noticed my skin felt fresher and healthier. The biggest lesson I learned is: simple routines done daily matter more than expensive products used once in a while.
